How does the Application Pathway work?
After you book, you'll fill out a short form with your CV and target roles. We'll write or revamp your CV, optimise it for ATS, put together a cover letter template, help identify 5 target roles with you, and stay with you for 2 follow-ups.
What format should my CV be in?
PDF or Word (.docx) works best. Please avoid image files, screenshots, or Google Docs links. We need to be able to clearly read and reference specific sections.
I'm a student with no work experience. Will this help?
Absolutely. In fact, that's who we work with most. We'll help you frame your education, projects, volunteering, part-time work, and transferable skills in a way that actually resonates with employers. Everyone has more to offer than they realise.
What if I have follow-up questions afterwards?
The Application Pathway includes 2 follow-ups, so you're not left figuring it out alone once the CV is done. We want to make sure you have everything you need to take action.
Do you review LinkedIn profiles too?
